Hmm. That was the most productive day of doing nothing I've had in a long time. Reading in the sun, not eating food (till Dan was getting rid of green beans anyway), wearing my chain shirt that came in the mail (I seem to be extra tired), finishing off the 1995 P&P with mama, which instigated a Firthathon with Dan (so far just Then She Found Me and Another Country, the first of which I forgot I'd seen at River Oaks with the Swift boys of all people, the second which reminded me thoroughly of all of them), to be continued when we both have more time. On the docket: A Single Man, Tumbledown, that one about Genoa, some other ones.
Mama went to the hardware store to get stuff to fix the bathroom but came back with a magnolia tree! And a gardenia bush. I guess I'd better get the shovel soon.
