Turns out, I didn't write music, I just listened to "Yes! Yes! Yes!" all day. Except for a few hours in there when I recorded bass lines for Alchemy and Turning Around. And rerecorded a vocal track for Archive. I don't really know what to do about the chamber orchestra for that one; I can have Brent play the cello line he played on the recital and probably most of the viola part, but I don't really know any violinists here, and showing in Boston to be like "Hey, Rob, Mia, Eden, Rachel, long time no see, I'm passing through for a few days, want to record for free?" is a bit demanding for friends I didn't live with for two years. And I don't have the clarinets or trumpet. It's mostly clarinet I need, I think. And strings.

Also I have to figure out some parts for Brent on Backstage of the Universe (and the other two Reggie songs) before I get there. I don't want to be demanding improvisation from him continually, and there's gotta be time to get our quota of Stargate in. Five days, hmm.

Wait, I did one other productive thing today! I pinned the hem of my mom's choir dress for her, and fitted the sleeves of the garb brocade I've been avoiding for weeks (and put them on. And hemmed it. It looks awesome). So, cloth triumph!
