Brent called to rave about PAX (and rant about how mean he feels, treating a certain managerial transgressors as deserved). He's still stuck in Seattle, since the first flight he could get on WITH his cello wasn't till 3 days after everyone else left (aforementioned transgressor apparently had something to do with this delay). However, he says it's beautiful, and everyone loved the VGO performances (they started chanting for the VGO in the middle of MC Frontalot's set, which is unique).
He says there are already bootlegs up, but I can only find some of the quartet doing Zelda and Mario sets outside in the hall.
Wait... never mind. I found some of the orchestral sets. Here's FFVII with some decent string action, Time's Scar (my favorite), on a tiny phonecamera, Paul and Storm's Vagina Lullaby (rockout section starts at 5:15, including VGO quartet awesomeness), Snake Eater (always a crowd favorite)... There are a bunch, but I bet higher-res versions will come a bit later. I didn't realize, but in retrospect it's obvious, that Jonathan Coulton played at PAX. I wonder if Brent got to see him.
