Oh, weather. Such a difference. I was actually slightly overdressed when Brent and I left the house for the day; I made it all the way to Jamaica Plain with too many sleeves on and decided I didn't need them when I got there. That church (the one that Jacob has CI shows in fairly often) is really quite lovely, both visually and acoustically. It's especially nice to practice Canteloube in. James and I got through our selections from Book 2 (Chants d'Auvergne) and a couple from 3, till it was music-trading time. I hadn't been to his new apartment, but it's being well set up and hey, he has a keyboard that makes ALL classic rock noises AND glam rock noises AND organ. And also he has a Rhodes. Yeah. So we played with those awhile, till he started being all Canadian and offering me tea and cheese and grapes and raspberries and chocolate and peaches and beer. So we traded Youtube videos and ate a lovely afternoon snack till I had to go home and do homework. Which I haven't done. But, you know.
