Well, the singing was awesome until we actually got the wall pounded at us. Since Stephanie makes a fourth part, we sang a bunch of four-part stuff from my folder. Lo V'Chayil fit the bill and we were nearly all the way through it at a beautiful tempo and dynamic when somebody objected. To be fair, it was a quarter to midnight. So Parker got the joint he bought this afternoon and we went on the roof and he and Steph smoked it. There were stars and everything. It would have been that peaceful feel-good movie scene right before the turning-point disaster if our square Andrew hadn't been there to remind us of reality and keep time so Steph could go to bed so she could work tomorrow.
She work, we Amsterdam by bike. We even have directions. By landmark, no less, rather than street names, which is excellent, because my inability to pronounce Dutch reliably inhibits my ability to remember words in it.
