I wonder why one of my relatively early paper-writing procrastination strategies (along with getting some more tea, getting some soup, checking my email, and being distracted by the music) is cleaning my toilet? I can always tell when the end of the semester is up; my toilet bowl gets cleaner than the litterbox next to it.
Nevertheless, 7 pages single-spaced down on this Linguistic Typology term paper. It's supposed to be 15-20 pages, so I've got a ways to go yet because most of it is made out of Maori examples that will not expand to fill up space when I change the format. Why is there so much to write about the passive voice in Austronesian languages? Particularly this one. I better get down to it (after I get some more tea), cause Mahler orchestra rehearsal is in an hour.
