I was telling Joodles last night about my summer bike- and walking-trips to Edwards in the rain to see movies by myself, and he remarked that he'd wanted to find a theatre close enough to get to without needing a ride, so I figured the best way to tell him where the Angelika was was to take him there. We went to see Persepolis, once he'd finished enough work. It's very good. I recommend it highly. We talked about it in as intelligent a way as Stephan might have, freshman year, but with less pomp and arrogance. It was, needless to say, an extremely fun walk and train ride, and now Joodles knows a bit more about downtown. It was interesting to hear his perspective on it, archi student lately from the Hague as he is. It was also interesting to hear his perspective on not having a hometown, as we're in similar situations on that front.

Anyway, I walked him back to Lovett, and then Catherine messaged about a book she left at my house, and I picked her up at the edge of campus and we talked at my house a bit. Her boy's finally in town, and she has some opinions about him. I just got home from walking her back.

I was going to record some cello fills tonight, but I think they'll be better if I do them tomorrow. And I should sleep. I am tired.
