The doctor was actually quite an interesting experience. I'm having them do some thyroid tests, too, because of family history, and check if I'm anemic cause of what happened last time I tried to give blood.
Dan and I, on either side of that appointment, put together most of our studio recital's intro video/slideshows. Yay for 1968/9. Good years. We decided we're going to become hippies. It was really fun looking through google images for things like "hippie love" and "peace love" and "woodstock hug". Try it. It will make you feel better about life.
Then was chorale, and Grace's recital, which was encouraging. She did two Bolcoms at the end that really suit her; she was trained as an actress first, and it shows. Lime jello marshmallow cottage cheese surprise. In a British accent.
I ran a Hair rehearsal that got through a decent amount tonight and was surprisingly fun for how inefficient it was. So I have a bit of the glee. The King's Singers and the cookie dough and Evan's characteristically enthusiastic greeting probably help.
ETA: One of the Thresher photographers brought roses in and gave them out slightly after midnight. I have the best job in the world.
