-Fav Color: well, I've been poondering that lately... prepare for a dissertation. color is one of my obsessions:
Of course my House colors will always be purple and green together, as many generations before me, but the deep amethyst leaning to burgundy, and the bluer viridian of my mother have been modified to my more violet, dark, velvet Tyrhhian, and a green closer to Chartreuse-emerald, though not quite so yellow. Now, my actual favorite combination of colors, notwithstanding my personal representative ones, is actually the fire-on-amethyst you get in a really good California sunset, that really deep orange with reddish undertones in speckles on a purple so rich you could eat it. Of course, I'll always be partial to that lapis-and-gold theme, which has its ancient and wise and quasi-Aegyptus connotations, and the Medieval ruby-emerald on golden crown is also comfortingly rich, and Ev's silvern-limned purple has caught my eye. But basically, give me anything jewel-toned, and even some certain pastels, and I'll be happy. Not a lot of neons will do it for me.
