Not sleeping again, but not sleepy all day; I made it through VW (which had a traumatic video), Phonology, lunch (did Tonal Counterpoint and mama took me home to eat food and brought me back), and the afternoon.
Coaching with Tom... was mostly a talk. We discussed my ability to put together a presentable outfit and need to find something consistent and "as pretty as I am" and why do I hate shopping and why I'd rather be a bass or a tenor and how I want take pathetic tenors home and feed them marshmallows... As he said, I expressed more opinions in that talk with him than I had in our entire friendship. He would never have suspected half the things that are going on in my head.
And studio, which was great. I think I'm doing well.
Dan took me home and we watched some Angels in America, and then I asked Mama to go to the store with me so I could replace the boys' food I'd eaten. When I brought it back (pie, fancy bread, popsicles, limes, cheese, manly soap), they were thrilled.
They're going to watch The Hours. I couldn't really get through it the first time. Maybe I'll try to sleep. But somehow I'm not feeling the crashness.
