I decided, after staying up till 3 worrying and trying to draw Afri for help, that I'd go to rehearsal in the morning. Dan came and got me (I woke up late), and we had rehearsal from 10-5 with a lunch break, which I took with Stephan at a place where the rest of the Street Scene cast ended up going anyway. Dan brought me home again, and Heather's and Amy's cars were in the driveway. Mama was sleeping, so Andy drove me and them and Jorge and Alex and to the hospital.
She looks so much better than she did last night. She's lucid, though she can't talk because of the intubation, and that frustrates her. We could only go into the ICU room in twos, so I was in there with Heather and then Amy, talking up a storm. Grandjo seemed to appreciate it, and wrote us some questions on a piece of paper, about surgery and such, which she doesn't want. They're giving her another CAT scan tonight to see if it's metastasized. I think I'm going to go sing the concert tonight. Maybe not. But I need to think about something.
