Interesting. I've been going to Centerpoint sporadically with Joy to hear lectures or see/feel demonstrations of alternaive healing techniques, and I have to say the overall concept pleases me. I just got back from one of the more bogus ones I've ever been to, but he meant well and it's hard to mess up with love healing. Tomorrow Joy is going to a workshop by the Quantum-Touch one, which I reallt espouse: everyone can be a laying-on-of-hands healer, period. It can be learned. Out with negativity, in with love vibrations and all that neojargon, but I agree with the basic concepts. This is what our circle needs, people. Contact. We need to get in a pile and project positive thoughts. Or even not a pile (though I love piling). Even just touching. Touching is nice. I like to be touched (you can take that any way you want to, but friends and strangers are different people, and it depend on the person). And candles. We like those. And smells. Oil/incense/scented water. Be annointed! I love that word. It sounds so sacred and important. And crystals! Rocks! He didn't do any of that stuff this time, just hands, but it was still beneficial. There's always the mind/body connection, and I wonder if my chronically depressed wolfies are suffering physical consequences. This stuff would fix it, and spill out the pent emotions, and soothe the festering hurts in our minds. A start would be a pile. I like piles.
