I went outside to get warm and watched some German kids yell and scream at each other. I oculdn't understand them, but I don't think it was a function of my language skills as much as theirs. Only the second instance of German I've heard since I got here. It's amazing how the base is its own little world, and Gail doesn't even live on base.

Church bells, once again. I suppose they must go every quarter-hour. Either that, or there's a wedding today. I don't know the language of the bells.
