Urgh. I got ill.
I woke up on Stephan's floor in time to go home and wait around to go to Chuck's office to mess with money stuff. It was excruciating. In the middle of the meeting, I got a call from Grant, which made it miles better. He was in town on a painting class Aggie field trip of some very disorganized kind, and he was at MFAH. I decided to go see him after we were done in the office of Financial Doom. So I did, and I looked all over the entire building for him for about an hour... he was right where he said he was, in the otehr building on the top floor. Oh, well. It was a nice 20 minutes or so to hang out and be confused together, and then Stephan came and got me around 4 and we went to his house and the day went by in a kind of strange set of blurs. I think I may have discussed my perception of all my character flaws with him. I'm sure that was fun for him. He made me soup and gave me a blanket and read me stuff from his crazy new 8000-page book and played me music and brought me water and showed me West Wing episodes. Everybody should have friends like that.
I am still dizzy, so I'm going to go to bed now. I am cold.
