Well, now I can swallow, but I'd rather I didn't have to so often. The inside of my nose seems to have become fragile, so between about 1 in the morning and now I feel like I've ingested a pint or so of nose blood.

So I don't think I'm going to go to Shepherd this afternoon. Maybe if I sleep, I'll be better by 7.
