Lamest Halloween ever. I didn't get any fire until just now, back from rehearsal. I went to Bryan's cause he said he was going to have a Raven recitation with a few alterations (in parody of the obnoxious freshman in Latin), but his car had broken down and he wasn't there so all I got out of it was a nice conversation with his roommate, a case of the shivers, and two Butterfinger Crunch bars. Then Cage dress, then setting up the stage. Tony the freshman violist is either completely oblivious or a wimp; I did more heavy lifting than he did.
They went to Katz's, and I would have liked to go, but I had neither shoes nor money to buy cheesecake shakes. So I have come home, and have lit a magnolia candle and considered the significance of Halloween in my life. My black cats all concur it is the best holiday. Heck, my gray cat and my aunt's two cats concur as well.
