I slept an hour last night, and two this morning. I'm running on fumes, but they're pretty good fumes, so I should last until bedtime.

It's odd how much more control I feel I have over my life when my room is organized.

I got four copper bracelets (one inlaid with malachite), a copper ring, two silver puzzle rings from Tasco, three stone candle holders, a stone aromatic-oil heater and a blue glass one. From my mother. For my birthday. Besides the (PURPLE!) bike. It's like she has nothing to do but shower me with gifts. I love stone. And fire. And aromatic oil. I'm going to go organize those to a point at which they can be used.

Karim Al-Zand's composition recital was last night. I was impressed. I had to miss the first two pieces because my Hansel rehearsal went past 8, but everything else was amazing. I need to write stuff.

And incidentally, I can now see Stephan's point about Bryan. As little as I care for his aesthetic usually, Bryan dressed entirely in black and playing the harp with wide-eyed intensity is almost intolerably hot.

It's funny how that works.
Talent...focus...passion... whichever of those you want to tag to artists... they all can make someone incredibly sexy incredibly quickly...

It's really terribly unfair. I think everyone should have a stable sexiness quotient that you never have to think about.

Well, I would, but the problem is that they do vary. However, since you insisted... Freddie gets a 4. Low numbers indicate higher levels of sexiness left after all interfering factors have been taken into account.
