Elfwood updates never used to be so much trouble. Scan, upload, set ticket, and boom, there it was in a week or so. The line is now at least a month long, the tickets get rejected for the most random reasons ever (once, they decided chainmail headdresses weren't inherently fantasy, so I had to put in a fantasy description. Another time, I didn't credit a photographer or model, both of which were obviously me), and no one comments on anything anyway.
However, things are going better for me there than at Deviantart. I can't get onto Deviantart at all. Apparently someone who shares my ISP abused the system, so now no one who has this ISP can have a Deviantart account. Erm. Okay.
I tried a few times to get into Epilogue, but their moderation is nearly as political and arbitrary as NATS. I can take criticism, constructive or not, but when they give you no reason for rejecting your work, it gets a little annoying.
I draw too many things besides furry art to go exclusively on Yerf or VCL.
So. My options are limited, if I want to have an art site. I could make my own, but that would require more effort than I am willing at this point to expend. Oh, who am I kidding. I have all of uncertainoutcome.org to mess with, because nobody has wanted anything changed there in ages and we don't keep much stuff up there anyway. I just have to make myself a subpage. I could make other people subpages, too. I'd feel more motivated if somebody else wanted one, too. To put random stuff on.
So, Uncertain Outcome members who read my lj, want a subpage with links to your nonimprov stuff?
