Interview with the Vampire is oddly entertaining, despite the somewhat sappy premise and overdone gore... Oh well, what can I say, I tend to fall for the innocents. And the blackhearts. Too many pretty faces in one movie. Kinda like Ocean's Eleven. In fact, it's mostly the same pretty faces. Huh.

The excitement has mostly worn off along with the skn on my fingers, but I'm gonna make a mail shirt. David had dead electrical wire he salvaged form a house to melt down and cast. So I coiled up a few, and my gauntlet is nearly done (yes, that's what it's gonna be, a pink gauntlet), and I'll soak tem all in Lime-Away when I feel like it. But my people are suffering, and I'm in a self-pity type of mood, so I'll go and compare my own suffering, decide selfishly that my drama is better than their drama and they have no idea what I feel like, because my suffering is infinitely worse, and then ridicule myself for shallowness and stupidity and dishonesty (yes, I do this; I am an idiot, get over it). So. Have a nice night. I'm feeling nocturnal, so I'll go sob over the piano while I butcher Beethoven's 8th Piano Sonata (yes, yes it is the eighth).

I say it's all basically the same drama, and that we're all equally pathetic about it all.

Hey, kid. Weird thing. I just bought the ST to that movie today. Not bad. Chin up, ya hear? It doesn't do for people like us to be depressed as hypocritical as that is.
