I did not think it was possible for more yayness to occur in two days. Roger gave me the Western Wind cds last night. I would squee, but I think I exhausted my energy last night with enthusiasm for Stephan's meeting the outgang after-concert, staying up till 3 talking to him and showing him WW stuff, getting up at 7 to sing Bill's sister's funeral, and the emotionally draining Hotel Rwanda Stephan took me downtown to see. Ahg.
My boots are SO cool, but unless I put them on very carefully, they do not fulfill their potential to be the most comfortable shoes ever (nearly comparable to barefoot). Unfortunately, walking (and running) all over downtown (because I was mistakenly navigating from the southbound rather than northbound train station) defines exactly how careful I must be. My right heel now has a slight blister (oddly enough, left does not) because I am not accustomed to running and hurrying in closed shoes. But man, did I look cool.
I think it is now conclusively proven that "concerned" is the full list of Legolas's expressions.
