No matter where I look, there is something aesthetically superlative on this campus. A row of 100-year-old trees, a piece of marble set in the ground, a conjugation of arches, a felicitous arrangment of buildings and fields, a mosaic, a crenellated spire or peaked bell tower... It's like a castle, except it's many, and it doesn't have all the terrible medieval connotations of the ancient warfare and fortification; instead, it's a place of peace and learning. I can't believe I get to live here.
