Bat Boy readthrough was disappointing, but only because we didn't do the music. I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised. There are rehearsals all this week. :) It will be cool.
Dan, Parker, and Dan's friend Isaias and I went to Amy's Ice Cream afterwards because Dan was bored, and then I needed fake ice cream, so they came to my house. Turns out, Parker knows how to put a clarinet together (and play it, too), so he did that and now I can make notes on it. And Dan played my cello, and Isaias played the rainsticks. Parker also jazzed it up on the piano. I didn't know he could do that. He was also the one making the noises most worthy of the name "notes" on the flute we put together. Dan, on the other hand, could make the trumpet do things, because he played it before tuba.
So they stayed and my mom told them stories, and we made noises, and they left.
But before all that, I did indeed make something.
