Booyah. It's a little short, but thorough, and it took me less than two hours (yes, I waffled for a further half-hour after Now. Right--now...). NaNo was good for my writes-really-fast skills.

Now just one take-home Ling final to go, and it's not due till the 15th. Concert tomorrow. Excitement ensues. I didn't even stay up terribly late. Wow. I impressed myself.

BWAHAHAA!

I was reading the dictionary. I thought it was a poem about everything.

I wish I had been there for more of the rehearsals. I am still a founder, but there's so much less involvement... As a vocalist, for one, and as a college student for another. But still. I'll reiterate my feelings on composition club concerts. We rock; stress, stress, fun stress because we care, concert, whoosh, over. Avalon would have been proud.

Charpentier orchestra rehearsal 7-10 tonight, for which I am skipping evil Christmas Pops of Symphony Chorus piano rehearsal with the conductor. Tomorrow the two don't conflict, so hopefully Charles won't have me thrown out for missing the piano rehearsal. The Charpentier is not hard, but it's different working with a baroque orchestra. Oh, and we're doing bits of the Vivaldi Gloria, too. Lots of baroque. That's why I haven't tried to recruit anyone to come. In case someone is desperate, there's a performance tomorrow (during school, booyah) and the 14th (in the evening I think). I'll tell you where when I find out.

Speaking of the Vivaldi Gloria, I got the recordings of the one we did in Stude, and I had to do the aural equivalent of looking twice before I realized... who the heck is that, singing my part in the Laudate Dominum? Wait, it's me? I sound like THAT?? Oh. Interesting.
