Wow.
We didn't get all that much done, and Avalon will probably yell at him today, and me through him, but wow. That was so fun. I realize I may be becoming a broken record on this subject, but going to Reggie's house all day and composing busily and eating tons of food intermittently and walking barefoot balanced on the curbs in the warm pouring rain and procrastinating and listening to crucial music are probably among the activites I would assign for myself in my personal Elysium if I got to choose. And it wouldn't make me so tired. Though, I suppose, it was 1:45 by the time I got home.
Anyway. We figured out some more opera, though not nearly as much as we could have... heh. He'll take it to composition club today and be yelled at cause it's not quite done. And I will go off to my prior engagement and wish I was there. And then I will either work or procrastinate furiously on my English. And probably draw, because every time I come home from Reggie's there is something to draw.
This morning (noon, really, when I woke up) I stood under the porch and hesitated for about five minutes before I could do it, but I did. It was cold. Lots of rain on all my skin. I'm colder now, though, after having taken a warm shower.
Oh, you know what? I have discovered a very good (though very temporary) relief for cramps. Get somebody very warm and very heavy to sit on your lower back. Ahh.
