Behold, I am awake at this ungodly hour on a Saturday! Actually, it doesn't feel all that ungodly, aside from my usual Satanic state of being. Odd, since I went to bed at 1:30 and that's usually good for waking up at noon. But! Anyway. I actually have news.
I was so worried about my Latin CBE. I looked at the Texas Tech review online. I am now so not worried. The German is a little harder, because I had three years in one summer and there was no formal comprehensive list made of verb forms (irregular ones especially). But still. I think I am pretty much set.
I also did not overdose on bagels. That was an illusion brought upon me by the unfortunate coincidence of bagels with uteral-lining-disintegration. TMI, I know. That's why I said it.
I got a more personal letter from the guy who actually wrote Nightingale, about my dad, including the obituary he wrote for Computer Music Journal. Wow. Apparently my dad was a pretty cool person. I mean, my mom thought so, but she's kind of biased.
The Lion King music is very funny in German, Dutch, Norwegian and Hungarian. Especially Hungarian. Especially if you read the literal translations they made of the lyric translations that rhyme. Haha.
I think I will go watch The Lion King now.
