The Bernstein was good. Very good. I mean, not pro, because they're college kids, but the pros often leave out a lot of the acting to keep the singing in perfection.
It was a revue of the musical theater works of Leonard Bernstein, called cutesily enough "Something's Coming". I had a great deal of fun. I adore Bernstein.

"Make Our Garden Grow" from Candide (obligatory ending chorus of hope)
Sara, Alex & co
There was a cellist in the Peter Pan song whose name was Elise (quite good), and Andy did all the piano except for when Sasha took over for his song. It was all so cute and funny and tragic and Bernstein! If you've never heard any of this stuff, go find at least one. Prefereably "America." It's the most accessible. And funny. Haaa.
I want to be in an opera! And I may get to! Eee! Maybe I should explain someday how fun this is going to be when we do it... but then it'd be given away. And if we really are going to perform it, you'd know what we were going to do and it wouldn't be as effective... Eeeerk. Conflicting desires, aa!
