Down here it's always pleasantly primitive. No air conditioners, town is several miles away so you can't just zoom over to McDonalds and get a burger (not that we would), you have to cook. It's nice. I made some more progress on my boots. I only seem to work on them when I'm down here. I learned some more healing stuff, and made Joy's hand feel better after she taught it to me. It's really not hard. Cool.
Brisket is the best of all possible meats (except if you're in a hurry, then it's a tie between jerky and cheesy hamburger). My mom was mean and gave me chocolate eggs for Easter, so I ate three and gave one to David. And I ate a bunch of mincemeat, too. I better start thinking thin, so I don't have to keep glaring at the scale. It's exhausting. I wanna have some muscles, like Joy.
We were discussing calling everybody (all the family members, of which there are 10 aunts/uncles and their 7 spouses, plus 21 kids and a Grandjo) by his middle name at Christmas to confuse all the little kids. It would be interesting. They all have really conservative middl names like Elliot or Marie or Lyle. Mine is Sanura. It'd be fun, but I'd have to learn everybody's first. Grf.
David fell in the pool yesterday, too, at around the same time I did. Odd.
