Civil rights election victories, lunch with Joodles, free 20s jazz (http://archive.org/details/Free_20s_Jazz_Collection)... good day so far.
This weekend is armoring day, and I went to Populace on Monday night so I have a giant roll of armor-grade leather, so can actually finish kit and do real practicing! And then the 20th I go for an east-coast jaunt with Brent and all my Boston peeps and might actually get recordings of all the instrumentals I'd like to have on things like Archive, Air Travel Blessing, Pianists and What I Wouldn't Do For You (Simon will play, he says!), No Kind of Loss (the new one), Rain (a "studio" recording), possibly Eulogy for the Walking Dead if I do some orchestration, maybe I can get Henrique to do a "studio" recording of Mon Ange Blond, and I'll get some trumpet and maybe clainet on Summertime/I Fall Down (Reggie's), Disappear (Reggie's), Turning Around (Reggie's), Alchemy (Reggie's), Genocide (Reggie's), omg, this is becoming a very long list. I should put together a plan and start writing/printing parts.
