It's hard to sing funerals for people you knew.
The music was pretty good, though. Much was made of Laura's generous spirit, and, for once, I know what they mean.
Laura C came over after, to play with baby cats and talk, and we ended up watching two of my favorite movies because she hadn't seen them. Next up, the ones she wants me to see that I haven't seen.
I listened to the advance copy they gave us of the chamber choir Colonna recording. It's all pro and stuff. And pretty Baroque. But, you know, we're pretty good.
