A very animated girl and a mostly naked guy just walked into the office telling Teddy the story of their set-up encounter with the late-night training scenario of an RUPD officer; they have video evidence of themselves driving around acting high and blaring Tupac, so the cop in training could find the guy in their trunk and the bag of flour (meant to be coke) in their cupholder. He didn't. Find any of it, I mean. The guy ran by in his boxers with duct tape on the back, and four other guys stole a golf cart. It sounds like fun to participate in new officer training.

I was amused, anyway.
