Complaining to your other friends after a friend leaves is a decent strategy for starting to interact more with said friends.

Also, Reggie finally made it here, and I showed him the Disappear drums, which he liked, and a whole lot other other things, and finally got to tell him my story that goes with the new song I'm stuck on. He helped quite a bit, and we traded some ideas on the piano. I got scratch tracks of several of his songs that I hadn't had any record of.

He dropped me at Lowe's where the bus waited for the chamber choir (or less than half of us, anyway) to go to the Woodlands for this fancy fancy elevator music gig at a charity party in somebody's small castle mansion. It was indeed fancy, though slightly disappointingly bland. Some designer was let loose, and stayed very conservative. Cool light fixtures, though, and a nice sweepy staircase.

Michael gave me a ride home and a decent conversation, and now I'm unreasonably tired. Maybe it's the sniffles.
