Rahhh! I have conquered the first week. Take that, school. I had my first lesson with Mentzer today, and my first studio, and I am excited. She's giving me stuff I've really wanted to do for ages, including Rach, Liszt, Tchaik, the Bell Song (HAH! Is she kidding?), Stephan's beloved Latin American composers, and other amazingness. So, yay.

Dan made dinner for me and mama this afternoon after studio, and it was amazing. He seems to be doing better. Now I am at Stephan's, moldering. His roommates are definitely not wild and crazy. I think we're going to Chinatown tomorrow.
