So I guess I'll go to Body Worlds by myself; probably better, since I'll be sitting there drawing and being boring and antisocial, and I'd be the only one who doesn't have to pay. Who wants to go see Pirates tonight? Edwards MarqE has showtimes every 30-45 minutes up till 11:15.
Wow. That was fantastic. I can't believe Stephan was freaked out and squicked. I was especially amused by the trio of poker players, one of which was passing an ace to another with his toes. Muscles, ligaments, tendons, and bones are amazing. I care less about the organs, but the circulatory system is also worth seeing. I now have a couple of more-informed-than-usual drawings (they made me sign a form to bring my sketchbook in), a $3 book of Leonardo's anatomical sketches, and a tiny bottle of copper (some things in gift shops are hard to resist, despite marching almost straight through).
