I would say I got up at 4:45, showered, walked half a mile in the pouring rain to vote, sat shivering at the doors of the student center until it opened at 6, was informed that contrary to the website's information, voting didn't open till 7, waited an hour in an uncomfortable chair, working diligently to pass the time, and then was the first one in the precinct to vote... I would say that, but I would appear unduly virtuous.
My roommate woke me leaving for crew practice (little did she know practice had been canceled, as she showed up again after my shower), didn't go back to sleep as I couldn't breathe through my nose anyway, and figured, why not go now? The work was not really work, the chair was perfectly comfortable, and I like walking in the rain anyway.
