Well, the song is horrible, but I got my check for Mr. Seible's church today. Ellis drove, this time, and it was pretty funny to watch him interact with Julia. Also, I saw my old middle school orchestra conductor. He sings in Mr. Seible's church choir. Apparently he tried to get my attention at the rehearsal last week, but I never noticed him. He's a lot more relaxed now than he was four and five years ago. The divorce has done him good. And now he goes to the purple church with rainbow banners.
Been working on Heather's tiara since I got home, and it actually may work. It's coming along. Now all I have to do is master those freakily long arpeggios and play the Lord's Prayer in G major, as well as learn The Wedding Song (singing it) and Panis Angelorum as a duet. Mama says we're not giving her a wedding present. I agree.
Seeing Ellis and Julia both at once today and Tony on Tuesday made me think more about how it's never going to be the same. I'm not a PVA student any more. I'll have to kidnap all of you and stash you in my dorm for safekeeping. Or maybe just my house, since it's across the street.
