For those without the benefit of an obsession with T S Eliot and Cats, the verse in the preceding entry was his and I make no attempt to take credit for it. Also, I cannot claim originality for any of the names except four: Zeresrani,
Eleiadru, Illuminarya, and Ea. Just clarifying, in case anyone got the wrong idea from amusing sarcasm.
It is much better to have one's back popped by a tall person than a short one.
What is with all the naps? I lay down to read some more fantasy trash, and suddenly it was two hours later! Must be summer. It's such a lazy season. Not that I don't enjoy laziness.
Fall, now, that is fun. Three different major food holidays (at least for me; I tend to have cheesecake on the Jellicle Ball) within two months. Can't beat it. And all the old associations of harvest and plenty and hearthfire are so... I dunno, comforting. It's another lazy season, but a different kind of lazy. Busily lazy, settling in for the winter. Heh. I want pie. How in the world did you grow up even partly in the US without knowing what a Fig Newton was?
