Good singing at Roger's. He had me transcribe a song from a cd cause he thinks I'm good at harmonic dictation. Well, I guess. I certainly like it. It's a cool song, too. Northwest Passage. Very Canadian, but wonderful harmonies. I got three of four parts written out separately, with ideas for the other one (or maybe two). Beautiful song.

Oo, angst attack

Baby's in my lap for the first time in weeks and I'm trying to be interesting. It's sad when one realizes one isn't. When somebody more eccentric and accomplished than you comes along and you try too hard to engage him in conversation, and for once you're not the one poking one-line responses on the IM when you get around to it, it's sad.
