OH, let's see. Now I have to remember all the stuff that happened to me over the week. Urgh. There was a lot.
Uh, classes have been wonderful, with more lectures on the archaeological aspects of Egypt and some writing time in Writing. We were assigned a short story (bout 2000 words)to write, which must include a character making some sort of self-discovery, must be set in or involve Cambridge, nd must include either the words "Moby Dick" or the phrase "The job sucks and the pay is crap", both of which were exceprts from various of the weird little semirap things we did past week. So I wrote an epic poem about a guy who drops out of school to become a bum. I'll post it when I get home. I also wrote an 8-page epic poem out of the extremely amusing Myth of Horus and Seth. Very innnteresting.
Then, aside from classes, we went to Bath and Stonehenge on Thursday, rested a little on Friday during classes and did Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon yesterday, with a finish to the day of an RSC performance of Richard III. Oh, I had a good day yesterday. I cried a lot.
( But Thursday first... )
( And then a day of heaven. )( And THEN. )
